The book of Acts begins where the Gospel of Luke leaves off. Jesus gives final instructions to His disciples before ascending into heaven. They are to be His witnesses in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the end of the earth. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, the church expands and grows. Through Acts, we follow this movement outward to the world.
